Widnes West Bank. Just kick them out of the league. Or at least suspend them for the rest of the season and ban the people responsible

All quite shameful to be honest and I hope there's heavy punishments for all involved.

Sadly scenes like this happen far too often and it really is the parents, and sometimes even coaches, who can't keep their emotions in check. Of course young lads can sometimes get a bit mouthy and can sometimes over step the mark - leave it to the officials to deal with and more importantly coaches should back up what the officials say/do.

How have you decided West Bank are at fault here?

But remember its just [insert generic anti-RL trope] why the game can't grow...

Surely it's just football fans not real rugby league people.

It's always football fans not real rugby league peopel.

I think a story about a little mermaid would be far more believable than the stuff he comes out with.

They’ve got a reputation. But yeah if both clubs are at fault kick them both out. You can’t be having incidents like this and not throw the book at clubs

Just so you know the goal kicker is a West Bank player.

Seems a bit harsh to ban a whole team because some of the opposition team's fans booed one of their players while taking a kick?

Hard to tell what happened in the second clip, but it looks like some Myton parents went over the barrier onto the pitch and the home team parents ran over in response. Good to see both sets of players walking away from it.

It's a National Cup semi-final BTW, so I'd expect a serious response to parents' behaviour.

Shocking behaviour, all that's missing is a 'yummy mummy' in a dressing gown and slippers with a Greggs pasty in her hand puffing on her vape!!!

Gledhill states in his post that “BARLA” need to sort but a report should go in from the Match Official(s) and then it will be dealt with accordingly. It only happened last weekend so it would be highly unusual for it to have been dealt with by now.

If you read my post on the behavior of junior teams at the challenge cup final,it's no surprise. Coaches and parents set the standards that the junior players will follow. Whether you like the poster is irrelevant because the behavior goes on. When playing for their relevant schools the difference is massive, kids are expected to represent the school in a proper manner, the parents know they won't be allowed to berate opposition players.

You do know that that's not what a "yummy mummy" is, right?

And Myton haven't?  Really?

That was clearly the Myton parents heckling the young kicker.

Rugby Union the only game in the world were the spectators handle the ball more than the players.

Great sign. I've been to Harbord so it brought back some very fond memories. I've got a jersey somewhere.
