Who is responsible for both clubs being at home on the same night?

Does it matter? There isn't much crossover fanbase is there?

There would be some though.

I doubt you're talking about triple digits, perhaps less than 100 would go to both.

I know one bloke who has season tickets for all three clubs (including City), yes, but I can confidently say he is rarer than rocking horse sh##

The only issue to me is the TV clash that results. Hull’s big enough to have two teams at home.

It will be interesting to see what a combined attendance figure will be. Looking at over 20,000 easily.

13,376 at the MKM so comfortably over 20,000 I would imagine.

You can tell that having them both play in the same city on the same night really hurt their respective attendances.

Do you really believe  rival fans in Hull would have gone to the others game if their team  hadn't been playing? I don't for a minute.

Rovers will of been just over 11,000 so over 24,000 people watching rugby in Hull last night, not too shabby!
