Head says KR on recent form etc. I think DM will be happy if Cas put in some sort of performance. He will see it as progress at this transitional stage.

Agree and they should.

There's alot of ex Rovers players (8), not counting Amone, and Mcguire so think they will be up for this one. Plus don't Cas have alot of player out of contract at the end of the season? So you would think some will need to start performing for a new one.

Bit of a parallel game to the Wakey v Wigan game.  One sided drubbing highly likely.

Rovers by 30

Cas to win after their win at Hull last week. KR are great but are due a poor game (by their standards).

A poor game by HKR standards still leaves some space between them and quite a few teams in SL

Squeaky bum time, but not for the match: Might struggle to make this one, first train delayed by the engines not being able to cope with the heat (it's hardly the Sahara...) so one of them shut itself down (first sign of our AI overlords?) kiboshing the aircon in steerage (it was fine in the posh seats, quite rightly prioritised). Meant we had to stop for health-and-safety-gone-mad reasons so the 'larger' passengers didn't keel over I guess. Replacement now running late as well because some people were on the track, probably Hull FC fans trying to spoil my Thursday evening!

Anyway, if I miss this match after spending over 4 hours on Blighty's amazing rail network to no avail, does anyone know any good nightclubs in Castleford with a late licence? Got to get my fun somehow 🤣 🤣🤣

What's on BBC2, this could be embarassing if Cas continue to defend like that.

Has Liam Moore taken over from that Robin as their new mascot.

I can confirm 30+ less sales for Scotland vs Italy at Workington, after this afternoons test purchase for the Tonga match, £7.50 is extremely reasonable, however a £2.50 'delivery' fee for a walk in purchase is beyond taking the mickey, good luck with that, it's cheaper on the telly.

Cas looked quite good for the last 5 minutes, but that was terrible defence as Davis scores.

Whilst it hasnt been the highest calibre opposition, what Rovers have done the last 2 weeks has been really impressive. It's not easy to back up after a cup win, especially one that meant so much as this one did. But their attitude has been excellent.
