Huge game this week against the high riding Bulls, hoping we can give them a game.

Hopefully their fans travel in numbers and put some much needed cash our way!

Up the Raiders!

Their team is pretty stacked but we have a good record against the bulls and although they have been winning games they haven't been blowing teams away.

To win we have to be at our very best otherwise we will get beat.

I really liked the look of the team on Sunday and hope we can field something similar. Bishop in the halves provides much more of a threat due to his running game. Wood and Smith compliment each other well. Walker is better in the middle being used as a ball playing 13 to draw the middle in and distribute it out wide.

Hopefully we get a big crowd after last weeks win.

The Bulls are currently 2nd on the ladder with 10 wins/ 3 defeats so far. After a sticky start ...2 defeats in first 4(TO away/ Raiders at home) they have lost only one from the next 9 ( York at home).Only 1 loss away from Odsal to date.Their next 2 games..at Barrow then Hunslet at home..so  not surprising to see Brian Noble at the South Leeds stadium on Sunday..wonder what Nobby made of that?

They will kick to Tee's corner as their winger and Blake the centre on that edge are both about 6ft 4in or more. Tee is good under the high ball but cannot outjump those 2. So that's something to sort out. Although Toal is quite tall but he may not be able to track back on last tackle kicks.

I think he will target Tee and Shane, but if we think that I am sure Cresta will be one step ahead!!

Looking forward to the match and I am sure we will give them another game. They will want to put the last match to rights so will be well up for it.

Hopefully we will match them and be on our game. These are the matches we want to watch so let's get behind the lads

Our wingers Bulman (injured) and Ritson have scored 20 tries or more between them, but so have the Bulls wingers Okunbar and Armitage, 19 tries, PLUS they have ex-Saints super-league centres Blake and Hurrell inside them - what a back-line!

We'll have to be at our defensive best to stop those 4 guys alone....

Maybe switch Shane and Tee to the right. Hurrel is awful defending, he can't turn, they'd run rings round him in attack.

Gutted to miss this game due to work again. I think Barrow will have to be clever with the kicking game and try to keep turning them around. Target Hurrell as much as possible, his defence is terrible.

Huge boost having Joe back for this game and rest of the season. Will be a big crowd Sunday and it should be a heck of a game.

A winning line-up could be:

Cresswell. Bulman. Toal. Teare. Ritson. Bishop. Johnston. T.Walker. Wood. Silva. Robson. Costello. B. Walker.

Subs. Smith. Bullock. Emslie. Brown.

Stack, King injured. Possibly Broadbent too.

Are bogey team barrow 6 wins bulls 3 and a draw in games since 2019.

table this weekend could completely change barrow vs bulls, fax vs Oldham all play off ties other play off teams play the chasing pack and the bottom 4 all play each other very interesting match ups this weekend.

to are game hoping for a big crowd for you lot offcourse a bulls win going be tough think if we can play faster on your pitch we can get on top if you slow us down like you did at Odsal make it tough down middle then you win it again very good team barrow but I’m going up confident we are in form 1 loss in 10 is it barrow hit abit of a bad patch minus the Hunslet mauling which put confidence back in your team not that you lost any look forward to it see you all there

That's a difficult call to make, splitting that left wing partnership that had 6 trys between them last week? Teare might also be better with Bullman to try and stop the wrecking ball Hurrell down the right.

Really good effort from the lads today, that first try was something. Despite conceding and a couple mistakes early on our heads never went down. Thought Bishop had a class game, as did Costello. Looked tired that second half defending, which is understandable, but we kept going until the end.

We won that game with nothing but character.

The amount of ball they had in the 2nd half they should have won by 30 but we tackled our hearts out.

When they went ahead with 10 mins to go it's absolutely miraculous we found the energy to get over the line.

Great day for the club.

Barrow Raiders live rent-free in Bradford Bulls' heads.

OMG! What a great game!  A terrific atmosphere and fantastic vocal support for the Raiders. 2460 inc. plenty of Bulls fans. Don't know who was selected MOM but every single Raider played their heart out. Joe Bullock gives us that extra punch as evidenced by his match-winning try. Walker couldn't kick so Johnston had to do most of the kicking and he did a great job. Bulls FB is going berserk that they lost the game.

It'll have been the ref's fault no doubt. Great result, well done from York.

What a great result.

It was everything I love about the Raiders, Heart, Passion, Skill and sheer hard work

WHat an asset we have in Cresta. How he keeps on lifting this team and us boggles my mind.

I watched on Lounge TV. That was one of the best fivers I have ever spent. ( on a downbeat note some of the camera work was poor. The last Bradford try was out of shot..but who wants to watch tries against us?).the Cresta knockers are very quiet.

Quite a few bulls fans blamed the ref despite there not being many controversial calls. I stated it's in their Yorkshire DNA that they blame the ref when they lose which the accepted.

If that game is played 10 times bulls win 9. It was our character which for us the win.
