Why is Oldham not playing at Home?

I think it's because of work to the pitch at Boundary Park - like we see with a few other clubs this time of year.

Aye, don't I know it, we are home this week after 7 weeks away, but the thing about that is we have 3 away games and 8 at home.

The pitch maintenance ran over for to a late start following the football teams running the play offs. It should be ready for the Sheffield match the  following week

Suspect you'll miss out on what would have been one of your better attendances this season.

That is very true. The board are likely gutted as hospitality was almost sold out I understand. Like you say, the crowd would have well over 3000.

Have you had over 3000 this season? Do you think it will put fans off moving venue's?

Must be some chance of further problems for this game? Doncaster are now flying on the day of the game, and while the strike ends today, I'd imagine the disruption will continue into the weekend with lots of planes being in the wrong places and so on.

It's not ideal prep for what is one of the hardest fixtures of the season

Odds are stacked against our boys. Still 33 C at 7 per forecast. Just complete fixture and get home healthy lads.

Think its fair to say this game would have surpassed 2,000.

Yeah it’s a shame. Wouldn’t have been as much of a nightmare for the club if it had have been the Sheffield game rather than Widnes.

Flight delays for Doncaster players due to chaos following strikes. Kick off expected now for 10 pm.
