Massive fixture for us this weekend, Bulls loaning more players again, eribe dorro and fenton rogers now added to their squad , weather forecast great plus a double header with the valk, should easily be the biggest attendance of the season , loud and proud up the kneets.

We've played against Eribe Doro in various guises (Widnes, Bulls, Hull KR) and no doubt he's a powerful forward, but he always wants a shove and a wrestle, often to the detriment of his own team. We've handled him well before.

I'm hoping for Cam Worseley as ref for Sunday, waving "play on!" after every forward pass, knock on and late/high hit. In the sunshire, this big Bulls team would be run off their legs

It’s all quiet on the Bulls front in terms the numbers travelling over on Sunday. 2,000, 3,000, 4,000, 5,000? Perhaps the Gamecaller. Can share the lates predictions.

The Game Caller went ballistic at Worsley in the closing stages of their game against Hunslet. He repeatedly accused him of losing control, despite the fact that Worsley had issued two red cards and two yellow cards. To me there were three cardable incidents and he produced cards for all 3, although perhaps the final one ( a bad late hit on Holmes) should have been red. Hunslet's discipline wasn't very good and they were on the end of a high penalty count, but to blame Worsley for the incidents late in the game was very poor imo.

Of course, there is history to this, as TGC had a similar pop at Worsley last year after a game against Fev to which the ref gave a fairly forthright response on a Bulls FB page.

Hooley came in for a full season loan, no recall option when Holmes was out for 14 weeks with a torn pec.

You’d think they’d have their own players to call on, what’s the point on them having a youth system if when they get injuries they immediately wet themselves and sign loan players to compete when they’ve got a big game coming up.

Hurrell gone back to Saints. So as above, 7 injuries, 3 short term loans to cover. One full season loan - which I do look at slightly differently to a 2 week loan

what do you feel Hurrell did for you in his brief tenure? from what I saw when we played you and when he played for Halifax he didn't look fit and to be honest I was pretty shocked considering he is a Super League player with one of the top teams.

He was poor. I was comfortable playing him against Hunslet, but it’s shocking that he’s fallen so far that Hunslet is his level. You (York) would have taken him apart. 
 

Supposedly Myers at Wakefield was in the frame for centre cover as we have a season long “first option” on him as part of his contract after leaving us. I would have much preferred him as he at least has a connection with the club and academy.

Don't Bradford have their own players out on loan, shouldn't they bring those back before they bring anybody else in? When Pele left, some official said along the lines of, 'it gives an opportunity to one of our younger players to stake a claim for a place.' What he should have said was, it's ok, we'll get somebody else in on loan.

Thought Bradford had a squad of 26/27 players so should have enough cover. Oh and then there’s the reserves that they go on about

There should be some kind of redress even for commentators for bringing the game into disrepute when verbally assassinating a referee that the way he does when things are not going the Bulls way. Talk about being over emotional. Criticising an official is one thing but this bloke is always ready to stoke a fire at the first opportunity. He went over the top with the same referee when Fev beat them at Odsal last season. One thing though he is 100 per cent total entertainment when he gets over excited
