Hate the rec Posted August 25 Posted August 25 Crusaders last two are Keighley at home and Jam away, we have Rochdale at home and Goole away. For us to pip the Welsh we need them to loose both games and us to win both, what's people's thoughts on this can we do it .UTT Â
Cumberland Sausage Posted August 25 Posted August 25 Crusaders to take the top spot and who knows if we are still having the Middle Eights. Even more self harm from the RFL and sure I read somewhere about London being one of the Teams being considered for SL next year.

DocH Posted August 25 Posted August 25 Keighley could well win Haven unlikely but you never know..... 1
OttO Posted August 25 Posted August 25 1 point from our last 2 games guarantees us second place....... I very much doubt Crusaders will lose both games.... 1 "i hate workington town fans with a passion they are the biggest cry babies in rl and boy do they get jealous easy"- Choccy 2012 "if it wernt for me they would have nowt at all to talk about" - Choccy 2012
bobg Posted August 25 Posted August 25 Unlikely the NWC will lose both, however the unlikely can happen, we need to keep our foot on the pedal and regardless of other teams,  win our remaining games. 1
Blind side johnny Posted August 26 Posted August 26 A number of teams, including mine, with little to play for look to have given up judging by the on-field body language. Sport, amongst other things, is a dream-world offering escape from harsh reality and the disturbing prospect of change.
Bearintown Posted August 26 Posted August 26 Is there any sign, at all, when the RFL plan to tell us what's happening after the last two rounds 1
Anita Bath Posted August 27 Posted August 27 Nothing...play offs scrapped. Hornets will probably send an A team. 1

Unicorn 106 Posted August 28 Posted August 28 9 home games in a season, then they do this, Im not surprised at anything these clowns do. Just a bunch of wallopers. 2 2
Peter Winthorpe Posted August 29 Posted August 29 Why don't the top 4 teams speak to each other and discuss a series of games outside the RFHome and away would Provide 6 matches one a week into the autumn, with sponsors being sourced to cover games and a top 2 prize fund, 1

S L DeMont Posted August 30 Posted August 30 How about a state of origin style Copeland v Allerdale tri series or one off game with shared gate receipts. Thats if Allerdale could field a team of course. 1

If one of the clubs is ok with not paying players or the tax man or the VaT man or the pension man, it’s a risk. 5 1
