Connor missing wasnt the reason we lost, we had enough chances to win that game (we scored the same amount of trys as Catalans)

it just so happens that a few key players had their worst games of the season

Croft, OConner, Watkins, Miller…

Miller seemed to spend most of his time berating the ref, standin captain or not. It seems to be a regular occurance recently. Maybe it distracts his focus and concentration, especially positioning for the 40/20s or 20/40s.

OConner looked tired from the get go... was Ackers injured.

Maybe Croft impacted by Sinfield playing.  I am not sure sure Sinfield is good enough and his field kicking remains poor - maybe a change of position for him otherwise he needs replacing.

Miller has been really good for Leeds this season, but that performance was a throw back to last year.

I don’t think Miller should be captain he’s too ‘emotional’.

Doesn’t distract from the fact he’s been arguably the best full back in SL this season.

I also think too many people are reading too much into what was an off night all teams have had them this season.

Well we have beaten saints this year, our bogey team this year seems to be Catalans.

We can also finish 3rd

Yeah, but when was the last time you beat them at home? 😉

That record has to come to an end at some point

But when, this year? Next?

It'll end at some point but most would have thought it wouldn't last as long as it has

yep, he has been really good this season... and great entertainment.

Just wish he would cut out the constant moaning and berating the ref that he seems to have been doing recent games, not just the last game.   I think it contributes to the frustration the team gets into and impacts the teams focus and concentration and blaming the ref rather than fixing things with the performamce.

How many times did the team get into a circle during the game to reset themselves (I assume). Yet they went backwards after each discussion.  Good to see them getting together but disappointing it never seemed to change anything.  This game followed on from the relatively poorer performance against Huddersfield, for which initially BA was critical but subsequently he said maybe he was a little harsh as on review the performance was better than his initial thoughts.   Maybe he should have stuck to the first view and gave them a strener review sessions during the week...

Never-the-less I'm confident they will win the prelim play-off and who knows what can happen after that, especially as if Leigh do finish 3rd it would mean a semi at Hull KR. One to look forward to.
