A game with almost as many false endings as Stacey Jones' career. :kolobok_cool:

I watched it on WatchNRL, but the highlights will be up on YouTube already and the full game won't be far behind.

He’d get an 8 game ban over here for that headbutt.

I’m not prejudiced, I hate everybody equally

Sky Sports didn't have it and only to Sky for Super League then it's bye bye Sky.

I think it be a while till it's on Youtube 😞

Edit. The latest full game on YouTube is Ells v Panthewrs 1 month ago.

and Hudson Young would get an academy award - he just leant in to him with his head- hardly a proper head butt

So I should get it on catch up as I have Sky Glass.

Don't you have SS+ on Glass? It wasn't a red button game but any SS subscriber could have seen it.

Yes it'll be on catch up tomorrow I guess.

I didn't see that, as I popped away for a cup of tea.

Should have been a send-off. Blatant headbutt into the chin. Surely he has to be banned for that.

He was exceptional later in the game, and must have sealed his place in the touring party.

he taps his head on youngs shoulder - then young reminds me of that ref that cantona pushed that time - had bigger head butts off the mrs

It looks to me as though he juts his head into Young's chest/throat, with his big hair-do going into the chin.

I do think it's a headbutt, regardless of where the main force connects.

would they ban him for the rest of the play offs and risk the TV audience figures plummet? ask yourself that

The intent is certainly there. It'll be interesting to see what the discplinary panel thinks.

No, I don't think they would. Being honest, I think a butt like that should be a ban - star or not.

I think if he wasnt banned this will certainly be the accusation. Well more so because of his star appeal, I cant say I agree that TV figures will plummet.

Whether he's banned or not, it will feed some people's deranged victim complexes.

That wasn’t Cantona it was Di Canio.

This thread made me go back and watch it and I loved it.

I dont agree with sweeping the foulnplay under the carpet though. Walsh should have been red carded, and its a nonsense that it was the same punishment for both players.

The Brisbane player should have been off for tge hit on Smithies too.

Its fine if they dont want to send people off, but these offences will continue.
