Right, I've threatened one of my KR mates to get me a ticket and it turns out that everyone is demanding a ticket from him so we'll just have to see. 🤣

All joking aside, if roles were reversed I'd be coming to watch the Broncos players, what league fan doesn't want to see the world's best players?

All those fc pass holders looking at their seats which they have had for years occupied by us in the biggest rugby game to be played at the stadium 😃 😀

I'll be borrowing next door's Kärcher (other pressure washers are available) for our first home game.

Going to be a great occasion.

The MKM management are very good at presentation when it comes to these big games.

Yeah especially the night ones. Great lighting system in the MKM.

Looks like the attendance could be big: Rovers haven't opened the members sales window yet, but all the premium tickets (top 3 categories, so the central blocks) sold out in 3 hours this afternoon. These are the sort of events the sport needs, to inspire the next generation of fans and young players. The Reece Walsh effect maybe?

Attendance could be big? Surely this sells out by the end of the weekend?

I hope so, but we shouldn't take it for granted. The largest crowd for a Hull derby at the MKM is 23,000 in 2007, in the days when away fans could buy tickets anywhere in the ground, so that gives you a sense of the top-end for rugby league support in Hull. Selling this out at all would be huge, doing it months in advance would be something else.

Surely they’ll have a later ticket release to sell the tickets allocated to Bronco’s fans that are not sold,

Broncos fans will get an allocation you reckon? As in members, or just those who identify as?

There's a coach running from Widnes too I believe. It does seem to be attracting a lot more interest than some previous events - perhaps the Ashes effect?

The way they have staged the sales which has clearly build the sales and a bit of FOMO for those without season tickets. 8,000 non-member pre-registered is also impressive. Hopefully this gives the club more confidence at increasing capacity as Craven Park sooner than later as it’s going to be creaking at the seams next season.

The way ticket sales have gone it sounds like it could have sold out twice over.

Technically I don't think it can have because of the way they're releasing tickets.
