It's really not.

 

Ellery Hanley is remembered as a great player because he was a great player.

Leighs branding has been a success because of the teams success on the field, they haven't been successfulon the field  because of the Branding.

 

Anyway its a bit of a distraction to the topic in hand.

What away following do Leigh usually take to Wigan games?

Anything from 1,800 to 3,800 based on our umpteen visits in the last few years

Wigan are only selling tickets to people with a previous booking history so not a route for any Leigh fans to go in the home sections

We’ve had WAY more tickets allocated than we’re entitled to, and you can absolutely guarantee Wigan would have only got 10% if Leigh were the home team

The leopards name change  was good - that's not what Im talking about, the actual rebrand, as in the look of it was and remains terrible but I suppose it mirrors the owner.

Leigh haven't been successful because of a jaguars anus and a Microsoft paint logo.

This buffon is trying to turn our sport into WWE.  I'm all for livening up the pre-match atmosphere and creating exited crowd-pulling events buts what next? Pre-arranged and choreographed games?

Mind you, the WWE thing does have promise:  Who'd not want to see Big Granddaddy Wood dressed as a bull in a "three submissions or a knock out" match against Decking Degsy in a Leopard=print thong?

If true, it’s a farce. A semi-final thrown into chaos despite Wigan offering well above the required away allocation.

Leigh banned 10 fans after the play off game last year for use of Pyros (bet that hurt Derek) in the stands, so that will presumably have played a part in the safety officers thinking and you would think the guy that signed off on those bans would get it but seemingly not.

I think you're on to something here. Wheres Eorl Crabtree? He must still have the family connections. Falls count anywhere (In yorkshire and Lancashire - naturally).
