Interesting (and worrying) that Wane, in his chat with the BBC after the final referred to 'we' when talking about Wigan. I do hope he picks the best, in form players and not just his mates from Wigan.........

is he still employed by them? he came across as the bloke from the pub and totally out of his depth

He still works for Wigan. It's a bit like people complaining about him turning up to Wigan games wearing Wigan club gear. That's what he's supposed to wear because he's an employee of the club. He's the Leadership and Management Director at the club, hence the 'we'.
