Premier League Predictions For The The New Season ?

Come on lets have some predictions. I will start it off. 

Siddal and Hunslet to be relagated and Ince Rose Bridge to take the title. 

On a serious note i fancy Siddal  take the top spot again.

Ince aren’t in the prem division by the looks of things anyway haha!

I think Siddal and Hunslet top 2, closely followed by west hull. Hunslets signings look to have strengthened them massively 
Heworth and St Judes to go down

Both clubs were good last season. They will be even better this i think. As for my prediction that Ince Rose Bridge would win the Title ( joking). I was thinking that it was 3 up and 3 down.

Think west bowling have lost a couple players. 
reckon Waterhead maintain but west bowling drop off

I think West Hull will still be very very strong 

Siddal can always turn a good side out as can Thatto, some might depend on what if any reserve competitions are taking place in the upper echelons

Hunslet have done some great recruitment. And just for clarity ( I know some get hung up about perceived poaching) all these lads have come down of their own volition and/or reached out to Fieldsy about playing. 

Squad is in a much better spot than it was this time last year and Fieldsy has had them working hard on new plays/structures for the past 6 weeks or so. There's obviously a lot of excitement for the Vegas 9s some of the team will be playing in but make no mistake, the ambition and focus is firmly on getting back in the top 2 and making a solid fist of the play offs again this year. Fieldsy taking the reins has brought a new focus and desire to the group and with the support former player Jack McShane (now at Dewsbury Rams) this side will be tough and well drilled if nothing else. 

Siddal still the team to beat and West Hull won't be far behind. I'm sure Waterhead and Thatto will want to go a bit further this year and I agree West Bowling seem a bit of an unknown, as to whether they have the strength and depth to compete at the top again this year. Should be another cracker of a year!

Didn’t manage to make a game this weekend, as my planned game was postponed, but did see Thatto on bbc sport. 
No disrespect to Seaton, as I’m not sure what they beat exactly, but Thatto did look pretty slick for a first run out. 
also seen Hunslets highlights and looked to be some well worked tries. 
no major indicators for the season, though could acorn struggle? Looked like they had a few young players

Can’t read into it too much this weekend, but expected slightly more respectable scores from thatto and Waterhead. 
Hunslet and west hull both gave a good account of themselves though. Last really competitive action until the league starts. My bold prediction going off a couple challenge cup games is 

1- Hunslet 

2- Siddal

3- West Hull

4- Waterhead

5- Thatto 

6- Mayfield

7- West Bowling

8- Wath Brow

9- York Acorn

10- Lock Lane

11- Heworth

12- St Judes

i think 1-5 and 9-12 could be any order. Looks like Jude’s have lost a couple good players. Should be a competitive league again

im going to go with 

hunslet, Waterhead, siddal, west hull, thatto and acorn wins this weekend

I would go for Heworth to beat Acorn and maybe St Judes to win at Thatto

was away with work so didn’t catch any. 
good wins for thatto, west hull and siddal at tough places to go. Hunslet as expected, at what I expect to be at the bottom end, good points for Judes and Heworth

Thatto winning at Waterhead was a surprise for me.

Poor start for Mayfield and home to West Bowling next week. Could be three games and no points.

My team Rochdale Mayfield have lost a large number of players. This season is going to be very difficult to retain our league status.

Saw the highlights of Saturdays game. An absolute shell of your former selves. Can’t fault the effort of the 17 playing each week, hope it gets sorted soon. Looked like your right edge just couldn’t cope at all at this level

To be fair five games in no team as coped with Hunslet left edge, so far between them they have scored nineteen tries.
