I doubt very few, if any, York players will be out on loan this weekend. A tough draw for Thunder, but a lot of their team played against Donny for York last season, and gave them a good drubbing on both occasions.

It was pleasing to see York fans yesterday and no doubt we'll see you at Doncaster. Hopefully some Thunder fans will get a chance to return the favour at some point this season!

Four Saturday and one Sunday game coming up with KO at 3pm and one at 5.30pm , you would be most welcome.

Strong Squad for the game today, interesting to see Lipp and Pembo included, powerful pack and strong interchange bench, on paper this team should be a pretty good match for Donny. But as we know it is who turns up on the field that counts. Good luck guys.

24.22 loss, we played really well, and we were unlucky not to win, injurys to hudson and antrobus hope both are ok, bring on whitehaven this weekend.

It was a step up in opposition this week, the lads gave it a real go in a physical contest. A proper cup tie, here's my report https://www.philworld.co.uk/post/match-report-doncaster-v-newcastle-thunder
