Lots of changes this week with 5 fringe players likely to get a run out. It's a shame to mess with the momentum gained from Sunday but you need a squad not just 17 regulars and it keeps everybody game ready and on their toes. Some interesting names in the 21 with J Doran, Wear and Walmesley in the reckoning.

Good to see, need to look at the bigger picture and plenty of our squad need minutes in their legs

Even less incentive to do well in this comp now, with the final being moved from Wembley.

You need the income from an extra home game (i don't remember Batley fans being good travellers mind you!) so i'm sure we'll be taking it seriously.

I’m taking it that the later KO is to accommodate fans who might be having Mothers Day lunch 🤔 is it just me or have we been at home on Mother’s Day for the last 60 yrs 🤷‍♂️ Not the most important fixtures for us but I’m looking forward to seeing some lads getting a run out and showing what they can do. Need to win to keep our momentum going, UTT 💙

How good was Grant Reid today. Ran, tackled and tried his best to spur the team on. Definitely deserves to be played more. Annoying looking at the popular side in full sun when it was freezing cold stood in the enclosure
