One of the big problems the Warriors have is holding on to players, especially Australians because of the disparity in living standards between New Zealand and Australia.

I suspect the Wahs are a club, like a few others, that has not only to develop their own.players through the plentiful junior ranks but has to pay "overs" to entice established Aussie players across the ditch.
