Cas in for a hard game, Wigan though weaker with the two players banned after the Trinity cup tie, and injury to their best player [ is he still unavailable ] should be way too much for the Tigers'

Wigan having to make a few changes. Interesting to see which younger players get a run out.

Most Wigan fans think Farrimond to 7, Field at 6 with Hodgkionson fb. Pure guesswork who'll go starting 2nd row instead of Walters. Havard will probably start having missed the Wakefield game.

I like Keighran at 6, Eckersley to centre and Sambou on the wing, keeping Jai at full back. Then again, I would play a reserve centre in the centres and Farrell in the second row, as in terms of centre play we are getting zero from him. I hope Paddy is prepared for big mniutes, as I suspect we will need him again to unblock the stodge.

This Sunday at the Wigan v Castlford game, we’d love to come together to remember our beautiful Tilly

Tilly was just 13 years old, a much loved daughter, sister,granddaughter and friend who sadly passed away recently. She was cared for by Alder Hey, and then rested at Derian House, who supported her and our family with such love.

Tilly was a Warriors fan and watched recent games from her hospital bed at Alder Hey. She had been so looking forward to attending a game again, but sadly didn’t get the chance to. One of her final wishes was to send her Mummy to watch a game.

Wigan Warriors supported Tilly in her final weeks, including gifts, signed tops and player videos to lift her spirits.

The club are supporting Derian House this year, and this game marks the first time the team will wear their Derian House Holly’s kit at home, making this moment even more special.

They would like to continue that support by inviting fans to join in a round of applause for Tilly on the 13th minute as a tribute to her. 

If you’re attending the game, please join in, it would mean so much to us to see the stadium come together for her. Thank you for helping us honour her and please feel free to share.
