Another Medal.

For the people who are supportive.I am pleased to say my daughter in law has won another medal.Playing for England Mens team in the Roller Derby World Cup played in France coming 3rd after beating Argentina very easily in the play off for third place the team won a bronze.France beat England by 42 points in the semi final and they then went on to beat a strong USA team by 93 points in the final.so one could argue England were the second best team in the world as they did not play against USA.She received a smack in the nose in the play off and a falling player knocked her off her feet and her helmet hit the deck.Medics were called on and she left the track.But 3 minutes later she was back on again,she is hard as nails on the track but soft as butter off it.She was the only woman in the team of 20 although a couple were selected as travelling reserves.So her tally so far is Womens Euro Championship gold with Rainy City.Mens Euro Championship gold with New Wheeled Order.Womans World Cup bronze while captain.Mens World Cup bronze and MVP in American game between World Champions USA and rest of the World select.She trains so hard to be the best and is one of the few player who receive free helmets knee/arm pads and skates.
