The grownups have got round the table and hammered out a compromise agreement. Well done Jason Hirst. His track record would suggest plans are afoot for affordable timely upgrades to the pitch and the surrounding stadium complex. 

The primary lease had to be down to about 90 years now? An assumption but there has to be some discussion with the council about buying the freehold going on as well.

Great news, alhough Odsal has its many issues, getting rid of that track and sorting out a proper pitch is a massive positive.

The lease agreement had a clause that if Bulls got to Super League they could break the lease.
