Difficult one to answer. It's  been awful. Just hoping looking at the  some of remaining home games. There are some wins there. Hunslet, Keithley, Whitehaven and Rochdale . We took 5 out of 8 in the away fixtures. Regardless of what happens a major review is needed at the end of the season. We need to be more competitive particularly at home to get people though the gates.

We've done well and entertained when we had a marquee signing like Sammut , Wilkes, Thackrey and FFMM. We've also had good Cumbrian players from SL clubs like Doran, Dawes, Lunt,Miller and Barnes. Apart from Lawther nobody has improved the squad. Different approach required which will be determined by the salary cap.

If we assume that we will be in the lowest salary cap band next year then it’s difficult to see how there can be any improvement on what we already have.

I’m not prejudiced, I hate everybody equally

Does the salary cap just include players or does it also include coaches and directors

I think we somehow need to find a way of getting out strike players on the ball in better positions, at the minute there feeding off scraps, zarrin hardly gets any good ball, everything he does is from his own tenacity, Evan is by a mile our best player this season, we've seen what he can do against the likes of Salford and haven when he's given the ball in there 40 but at the moment he's basically an extra forward badgering the ball up from our own goal line.

Looking for an improvement in today's game, not a win but the team completing sets of 6 an kicking in the right areas. Forwards making some yards an play the ball quicker so half backs have a chance to set something up for the backs,
