For anyone who has booked for the dinner, and not confirmed their meal choice, can you let us know by Sunday please? You will have received an email from Kasey at the club and you can reply to that. Alternatively PM on here and I will pass it on to the organisers

it’s not too late to book if you still fancy going. Tickets can be booked up to midnight Sunday.

Currently  there are around 300 people booked with nearly 100 ex players. Hopefully we will be joined by the current squad too.

As well as celebrating our 150 year history hopefully we can celebrate our future and new beginnings.

Thank you. Although the Heritage Trust took the lead it was a collaboration between the trust, the club, the Past Players and Rugby Oldham.

Were there any announcements?

Two more directors named . Chris Stephenson and someone called Allingham, whose first name I didn't get. Also reference to talking to 4or 5 more people

Flan talked about taking a long term approach, which I would welcome even though there might be some short term retrenchment. We know our current wage bill is unsustainable in relation to our income.

Also very keen to emphasise the collaborative nature and partnership building ie the town, amateur game, Latics etc.

Whilst the new board were there and visible, very keen that it wasn't about them.

I believe it was Phil Harrigan

I thought Halligan 🤷‍♂️ Absolutely brilliant night, loads of ex-players turned up, with notable exception of one or two.

Unfortunately some couldn’t make it due to other engagements.

Does anyone know if ex players who are still playing for other teams were there? Players who were brilliant for us. The likes of Danny Langtree , Liam Bent and Jay Chapelhow who were only playing against us the day before.

I didnt see any of the above.

However there was a contingent of current Waterhead players that are ex Oldham.
