I don't think I mind that. It's a serious ban and fortunately I don't think he did any damage to Holroyd or Irwin. I think they let other bad stuff go: I'm interested in whether Amone gets anything for a forceful blow straight to Webster's head.

A bit like penalty points on a driving license. Its not very clear but it does work as intended as far as I can tell.

He had 2 before the meeting, gains 18 for the first offence they process. They then remove 75% of those points because it results in an outcome (75% of 18 is 13.5) leaving 6.5.
He then gains 5 for the second offence giving a total of 11.5, and gets another outcome. 
If I understand it he carries forward 7.75 points.

At some point these continual selfish and indulgent indiscretions will force his coach to assess his value to the team.

As good as he can be with the ball in hand, his poor defence, the penalties he concedes and the cumulation of matches he misses via bans will effect his worth and a coach may opt for a more dependable player.

I hope he doesn't become another Jake Connor. Wasted his best years by thinking he was better than he actually was and taking the "cocky half-back" to extreme levels to the detriment of his own game and team.
