At home there have been 4 victories..Batley(28-10),Cru(50-22),Dewsbury(30-16) and Swinton(30-22) with 5  losses..Broncos(4-42),Oldham(12-28),Eagles(14-28),Salford(28-34)and the Dons(12-50).Away from the Shay..a further 4 wins..Salford (28-22),Swinton(24-22),Cru(94-0) and the Rams(36-18)  with 7 defeats..Dons(12-19),Barrow(20-26),Widnes(0-54),Keighley(20-29),Batley(22-26),Oldham(18-36) and the Eagles(16-48). Points difference of -54(498-552).

Always a difficult fixture,I think Eastmond has given them a kick up the ###### after last week.
With our stuttering form and a reinvigorated Fax I see a close game which could end up in defeat,depending on which Barrow side turns up.

Think a bit of context is needed ,agree we're not firing at the moment but any recent losses have been to Newcastle Widnes and Oldham ,three teams light years superior to this current Halifax team .

Although I do agree the Rochdale performance could very well cause tension ,I genuinely think that was as much down to complacency.

Just as I thought a close battle but we get the win 28-20 big game weds against Donny now we will have to be at our best i feel to earn the win

Given, we had a 'bare-bones' team with centres Teare and Toal out injured and Stack filling in, plus no Bullock, we pulled off a great hard-fought victory.

With all our injuries, we will be massive under-dogs v Doncaster, in only 3 days time, who won 0 - 120 today.

Don't think the result will matter anyway, as we'll likely finish 6th if we beat Whitehaven.

Sheffield would need to win all their remaining games and have an inferior points difference to us.

Great result from the lads,must admit when Stack was sin binned I thought it was another game we were going to throw away!

When will we learn

Anyways well done for sticking in with some key personnel missing,I’m hoping the lads can get some good recovery in before Wed night.

120 - 0 but against extremely poor opposition, they will probably beat Barra but it will be a close game imho.
