Looking at the last four regular seasons games do people think Batley they will get into the top ten, the games are,

9/8/2026     Newcastle Thunder,   home                     Lost

16/8/2026    Keighley Cougars,      home Won

23/8/2026   Dewsbury Rams,         away

30/8/2026   Salford Red Devils       home.

Realistic I can see Batley winning 2 of them and with a bit of luck 3.

Three straightforward wins there.

Keighley are easybeats; Dewsbury will be playing their third game in 8 days; Salford will just be glad to see the end of the season.

Ah,but will Dewsbury now be importing a whole side from their new 'partners'?  Mind,given how their partners have fared this year, that may not improve the team.

They say you're only as good as your last game and I think we were a LOT better in our last game! Well left a lot out there v Swinton and left nothing out there on Sunday, matched 'em, led deservedly twice and with the erstwhile mentioned game-management we'd have pulled off a previously unexpected win. Put that performance in from now on we'll win the last 3. As BSJ says, Rams are going to be a shade weary, Salford are IMO out of the chase for a place, so with nothing to play for I can't see 'em continuing to pay out 5 lots of loan fees so they should be beatable. I go for 3 wins and a place in the 10.
