Maybe Paul March should join them at Hunslet. He has been uninspiring at Rams after 2 seasons...

Don't turn your back on your club WR . Coaches come and go. Some good ones some bad ones some indifferent. Believe me I have felt like you loads of times since I started watching Fev in 1963. I wish now that I had a coach to hate. AND wish I still had a club to love. Who knows one day we both might be standing at your stadium urging both our clubs on.I HOPE SO.

Thanks. I don't hate our coach, I don't know him but he seems a really good bloke. And the effort and commitment of the players is unbelievable. But I'm just bored of watching us underperform for the same reasons for nearly 3 seasons and a lot of this is down to PM.

Not sure feeding the side horse tish as coach is working though BSJ.
we need a Capability Brown, not an Arthur Fallowfield ( one for the really oldies).

Censorship ends in logical completeness when nobody is allowed to read any books except the books that nobody reads.

Indeed. That was my intended point, clearly not as elegantly put.

I read that first as “…need to be tortured”, which is happening to we fans!

Being one of the older ones, I do not recall Arthur Fallowfield (I have looked “him” up and often listened to those radio shows).
On the other hand I do recall a Bill with that surname (but do the younger ones know of him?).

You must have listened to “round the horn” on BBC light program ? 😲😆

Arthur was a rustic old gardener played by Kenneth Williams.
You probably had to be there. 🤔

“Round the Horn” and “Beyond our Ken” were great favourites of mine and lately have listened again to the podcast versions, but Arthur Fallowfield is lost to me I’m afraid.

I think the answer lies in the soil. 😉

Seriously though, I find it alarming that I can remember the ramblings of an old time comedian from the fifties better than I can remember our last successful coach. Love Mark to bits, and he has been the clubs saviour without doubt, but his ability to spot coaching talent has been sadly lacking. I think the last good one we had must have been Andy Kelly.
Just as a side, is he still involved in helping Bradford with their administration ?

Yes coach selection hasn't been great. Neil Kelly's second stint was very good 2017-18?

We don't know who's applied or if there's been many applicants in the past

On the plus side, great facilities, easy travel and a chairman who gives you more time as a coach than most of things aren't going well. And you know you and the players will get paid

On the minus side, a smaller budget than most clubs.

No. He disposed of his shareholding a couple of years ago.

Andy Kelly at the Giants now.  No doubt you’ll see him around quite a bit next year😉

I doubt it. He runs their academy which is based at Laund Hill.

(And you have responded to the wrong poster.)

Maybe Ralph has promoted him?

Whichever I don't see him having any involvement with us.

From what's been said, Huddersfield will just turn up at Dewsbury on match days to play. Given they train in Huddersfield, not much reason to come to Dewsbury.

I think they'll have at least 1 training session at Dewsbury a week, don't forget the dimensions of the pitch will be changing (longer & wider)

So it would be daft not to train there.

You might be right. I'm just going on what's been said.

I am still interested in how they will make the pitch wider. Moving the South Stand back?
