I'm very much looking forward to this.

It's the biggest game we've had at Headingley for a good while and for me, Wigan have been our biggest rivals during my lifetime.

I was reminded by my dad the other day that almost 40 years ago, that the great Paul Daly taught me the four main points of a compass using the Mnemonic Never Ever Support Wigan 😂

Managed to get south stand tickets a few days ago, i believe most have been sold out now?

only around 50 on the western terrace at last look

*although tickets keep being released on an ad-hoc basis (so there's now 51 western and 8 eastern at 12:56)

I'm meh about winning the LLS, it really means nothing with the Grand Final system, but a sellout like this is absolutely what any game between Leeds and Wigan deserve. They've always been the big, glamour clubs of Rugby League and a full house is only fitting.

Still 12 tickets left on the WT on the Leeds website so it's a typical Rugby League sellout.

Tickets in other sections will probably continue to pop up on there as Leeds offer a season ticket buy back option where non attenders  get a credit if they notify the club they won't be there.

It's there to be won and Wigan will want to win it as much as Leeds.

The LLS always means different things, to different clubs and it can mean different things for the same club, at different times in their history.

At the minute, I think this is a huge trophy for Leeds, to get one on the board and build that confidence to roll in to the play offs with. In some years gone by, a club like a Leeds wouldn't be that fussed about it.

In terms of Wigan, I think it does mean a reasonable amount this season because it keeps the hopes of another treble alive and the chance to get all the trophies back, which we lost to HKR last year.

I just think Leeds may be a bit more desperate for this one though and the home crowd will drive them on to a close win.

The LLS is pretty meaningless if you don't win the Grand Final. But if you win both the GF and the Challenge Cup its importance gets magnified massively as part of a treble. That's why I think Wigan will be well up for this. Who will win... i've no idea. I approach it with hope but I do think Wigan deserve to be favourites.

Kickoff 8pm many fans will be in town early having a session . Enjoy and behave . Wigan are favorites and the playoffs not started yet ,but in the past leeds lost first blood to saints pre grand final., wigan are a good side used to winning . I think the'll take this one

Soon we will be dancing the fandango

Actually Leeds are the favourites according to the bookies.

Leeds at home makes a big difference. If it was at Wigan I'm sure Wigan would have been favourites instead.

Rumour that Wigan have three players out. We shall see.

Which ever way it looks Wigan will have to be squeaky clean disciplinary wise. Leigh in their win lost the pen count 5-1 and the second half lost 6 agains 10-0. That was the numbers put out by their fans. How they won after all that was a minor miracle.

If Wigan concede anything like that it won't be a good evening for them.

I think the League Leaders’ Shield is a massive prize, and whichever team wins it should celebrate it.

I know that the GF decides our champions, but we watch our great game’s league from February to September and coming top shows that over the long haul, come rain or shine, you have been the best. In our house at least you get huge credit for it.

I think Leeds will win, because there is very little between the 2 teams and they are at home. I hope we do, though.

Leeds yet to beat a team from the borough of Wigan this year, so the priority would be to break that streak and not lose two home games on the bounce. League leaders shield is just a bonus, unless you are chasing the full set.

Be nice to see no perfectly legitimate Leeds tries ruled out this time.
