Well now the season is finished and couple retiring were does everyone think we need to strengthen and any names

Personally ive heard young bragg from Hensingham signing good young half back

Key will be how the new coach goes.  The overseas player signing and a couple of hardened ex super league or experienced championship players particularly in the forwards and hopefully a good group  of local talent around them. Supporting Jamie Doran to build a winning team. The championship will be a tougher competition next season without doubt. Salford, Halifax will be better and possibly  Featherstone rejoining .So without these signing i can't see being competitive.  Thats just a honest opinion before anyone kicks off. UTT.

Don’t think anybody will kick off as you are 100% correct, this is the  championship and we need championship quality players, we got away with it in L1, but this a whole new level and the recruitment is crucial. Hopefully our new coach and rugby director will have this sorted or it will be a another long season in 2027.

For starters town need a front 3 who can go forward, 2 props and a hooker who can direct and can complete sets and go forward, bit of quality needed to improve.

Absolutely, then our halves might have a chance of controlling games

A rebuild for next season is going to be incredibly difficult with the lack of central funding and low salary cap.

Hopefully the nonsense fixture list from this season isn't repeated, we should really just be playing against other teams in the same cap level as us, or the one above at worst.

Who are our halves? Dom's gone, so a scrum half needed

No idea, thought we had signed an aussie hooker/ half,  But without dominant middles our halves will never be able to control

Amused that some think Town are a decent halfback away from success

based on this seasons offering you could have Jesus Christ himself at halfback and still look useless

it's some proper experienced rugby players that you are lacking and sadly you aint gonna find them at Hensingham!

signing inexperienced kids is great if you have some seasoned pros to bring them on

go on shoot me down again

Could you tell me which person said town were a decent half back away from success?

Everyone knows there is a lot of work to do and singletons fresh approach is something worth a try after this season of doom and apart from the new Aussie coming in and the handful already signed on for next year, there's a lot of ins and outs to be sorted, but haven are now millionaires also now so theres gonna be some heading that way in the yearly merry go round as well as down the south lakes also.

I can't see him getting anywhere near your team to be honest, really struggled this year.
