Castleford Tigers name vastly changed squad

Castleford Tigers have left out almost all of their big hitters ahead of this weekend’s trip to Warrington Wolves – as the Tigers cast one eye on the Challenge Cup final the following week.

Daryl Powell has become notorious for his rotation policy this season – but he has gone one step further this week, leaving out a whole host of senior players ahead of the trip to Warrington.

Kirk Dixon, Michael Shenton, Jake Webster, Luke Dorn, Marc Sneyd and Daryl Clark are just some of the stars left out this week, with them all getting a rest ahead of the final at Wembley next weekend.

Jordan Tansey is one of the stars to come in from the cold, with youngsters Ben Reynolds and Brad Day also expected to feature.
