Four Nations: Samoa squad discussion thread

07 October 2014 - 11:45 AM

Samoa have announced their squad for the 4 Nations later this month. Looks a pretty tasty team if they can gel in time, certainly no pushovers.

Kieran Dixon to Hull KR

He was bound to go sooner or later but wasn't expecting it to be to Rovers.

Salford's Fans' Board (Merged threads)

07 August 2014 - 04:06 PM

Just spotted on Salford's homepage that they are looking to set up a Fan's Board of 12 people which will directly interact with Dr Koukash.

Not sure how this will work in practice or whether it's a regular thing that happens at other SL clubs but sounds like a reasonable idea.

Do other clubs have something similar and if so, are they in any way effective?

Matty Ashurst to Wakefield

04 August 2014 - 10:58 AM

Matty Ashurst has signed for Wakefield for next year on a two year deal. He's been going OK just lately for Salford so it's a shame to see him go. Salford website mentions it's a salary cap issue for the reason he's not being retained which is fair enough.

All the best to him in his future endeavours and hopefully he can stay injury free
