TBH it is becoming very tiresome that these clubs, not only in RL but other sports, think they can challenge the rules in court which are there for all clubs protection, including their own. If they don't break the rules in the first place then thney don't get punished.
If they don't like playing by the rules, pack the club up and let somebody else take their place.
The European arbitration for sport should be shut down as it belittles the sports governing bodies.

So you give the impression that everyone is loaded and can travel to ALL the RL games at such distance. A 4000 capacity stadium oooh, that's going to do wonders too. I am all for expansion but not to start and string the teams all over the place, many fans will be forced to pick and choose what thye can afford to travel to and I suspect it may be the same for the Coventry fans.
You can be a "fit and proper" business owner but still not be the right man for the job. I pass all the "fit and proper" tests for this but I couldn't afford to bankroll the Bulls.
Precisely. I wrote here before - for Bulls fans who don't seem to grasp the fact - that the FAPP test does not require you have the knowledge to run a rugby club, just have a good business portfolio. They are lucky to still be afloat at all.
