It’s that time of year when razors are locked in the cupboard and male stubble becomes a nationwide phenomenon (for those that can grow it, anyway).
Movember commenced a few days ago, and some of England’s biggest stars are getting involved, with a bit of a twist. The Movember roulette, the mastermind of England’s official sponsors, Gillette, would determine how the players involved would have to shape their facial hair over the course of the month.
Zak Hardaker, Gareth Widdop and Brett Ferres were amongst those that let the roulette decide the fate of their appearance over the 30 day period.
Matty Smith was the most unfortunate, being tasked with growing a Hulk Hogan style ‘trucker’ moustache, whilst Chris Hill was challenged with developing an ‘imperial’ tash.
Movemeber is an annual event to raise awareness of men’s health issues, with those getting involved spending the duration of November growing extravagant moustaches.
