  1. Bloody marvellous today. Atmosphere,  both teams, etc.

Every Barrow player was 100% today. Brilliant.  Still in a high, or the beer !!

Love it when these big name teams get beat here. Noble out i say. !!

The Bulls are currently 2nd on the ladder with 10 wins/ 3 defeats so far. After a sticky start ...2 defeats in first 4(TO away/ Raiders at home) they have lost only one from the next 9 ( York at home).Only 1 loss away from Odsal to date.Their next 2 games..at Barrow then Hunslet at home..so  not surprising to see Brian Noble at the South Leeds stadium on Sunday..wonder what Nobby made of that?

I think he will target Tee and Shane, but if we think that I am sure Cresta will be one step ahead!!

Looking forward to the match and I am sure we will give them another game. They will want to put the last match to rights so will be well up for it.

Hopefully we will match them and be on our game. These are the matches we want to watch so let's get behind the lads

  3. Cracking result. Big shout to Ryan Johnston. Sounds as though he had a cracking game after a bit of stick. From me included.  That's the way to reply and show us.

Bloody well done every player and the coaching staff.

  4. I thought we were to slow and to predictable. When Fev went forward they went with speed and power and looked like they were going  to break our line all the time. Reynolds on one leg was better than Johnson. !!

We went sideways without looking like we were going to break. Slow movement from forwards and no momentum whatsoever. Sorry but we are no where near where we were.

    Very poor today.

Why on earth are we  kicking short on the drop outs? We aren't chasing just inviting pressure. Ridiculous

Agree. Under enough pressure as it was.

Great effort but over run in the end. Well played lads.

    ..harsh..there is a good reason...

When he plays he is really good,   but my point is that for the money he is probably on, he doesn't play enough for my liking.

That was all I was getting at.

  7. Personally would settle for no injuries, and not getting tonked... tough place to go especially now they hit some form. A sneaky win would be outstanding and we might get taken seriously if so !!!

  8. A great result today considering the injuries we accumulated in the game. Was very comfortable until then so an absolute effort from the guys.

All of us wouldn't have expected to be where we are with the break now. Toulouse is a no brainer and just leave the main men out.

  9. After last night's results we could go joint top if we win today. Will be tough however but I think we will sneak it.

Joint top going into the break would be absolutely fabulous.

Also I have noticed Ellis Gillam not been in Toulouse squad last 2 games. Anyone know if injured or just not getting in the squad?

Great win but killed ourselves in the first half giving them 2 easy tries. Came out like a different team after the break and didn't look like losing but they didn't give in. I thought they tried to nobble King twice (not the injury) and at least the first one went on report.  Happy days.

I also thought they tried to nobble King twice b4 he got injured.  One especially when a tackler came in late on his back leaving him down  I actually called it straight away as it was obvious.  Think that was the  one on report. ?  King was outstanding I agree as were Teare and Ryan Brown. Doncaster didn't create much really unless we gifted it to them. How fast was Ritson on his try. Unbelievable....

Finally. Best game of season so far for me.

  11. Really good 1st half, complete control.  2nd half very stop start which suited London.  All I cam say is a win is a win. Not great to watch but we were dominant throughout.

    I was at the game.

Very impressed with the attitude of the players. They ran straight and hard, continually asking the Widnes pack to dig deep, that continual pressure gave Raiders the possession and territorial advantage which led to points.

The pressure also forced Vikings into errors and poor decisions.

Credit to the players, playing for their coach, all effort and tenacity. Great game and well worth the fee.

    Thank you

it isn’t under 10 rugby where you just pass to the fastest player on the pitch and expect them to produce something from nothing, the game needs to be won in other areas of the pitch too ie kicking game, middles winning rucks and playing to the conditions

I totally agree but the point yesterday was I think that all Teare had to do was pass to Tee twice and it was a walk in. Not about being the fastest it's about a good centre putting his winger in. I am sure Miloudi would have!!!
