Bragging rights in Halifax will be at stake this evening (Wednesday 3 May).
Illingworth and Ovenden are due to go head-to-head at Brighouse Rangers in the Halifax & District League’s Championship Final.
There is little between the sides, Ovenden having topped the Pennine League’s Division One table in 2016-17, with Illingworth finishing second.
The game kicks off at 7.00pm.
