Castleford Tigers second-row Oliver Holmes has been called into the England Knights’ 17 to replace Leeds Rhinos utility Liam Sutcliffe.
Sutcliffe was due to line up in the centres as the England Knights play Papua New Guinea in their second, and final, Test in Port Moresby but misses the game due to illness.
With Ash Handley on the bench, he is likely to fill the void at centre with Holmes replacing Handley on the bench.
The Knights won the opening game 16-12 and a win against the Kumuls on Saturday will hand the Knights the series win.
