The link below is as the header says Terrys last interview. You may have seen it but I hadn't and I can tell you the sincerity of the man brought tear to my eyes. He was for all his faults, a great man and a humble man. You can easily see he was broken, because his lifes love had ceased to be. At times there are signs of strong emotion. I'm sorry if this is a double thread but I think it warrants a page of its own.

You're absolutley right, the culprits can't stand anyone passing anything that might even mildly resemble a critque of the ESL. Unfortunately though, they thought it didn't show. Its all because some people recognise that the Aussie NRL is a far superior competition and has more skilful, celebrated and renowned players than the ESL. Me I couldn't possibly comment !!

I'll agree to disagree with you, but the only two clubs to show even a spark of the quality and pace the Aussies have are in my opinion Wigan And Warrington, and if I had to pick a winner from them two I think I'd hedge my bets. By the way I support Bradford Bulls

You're quite an ignorant ###### aren't you. Actually some of us are interested in what the Aussies think and know that some Aussies do have an interest in SL - like the millions of expats domiciled there. Unlike some UK amateur commentators who watch with envy from the sidelines and wish SL was as good. There are only two teams in SL that could ever be matched with the Aussies, Wigan and Warrington. Most other teams pale into insignificance besides the Aussies.

To a certain extent I agree with 'indomitable', However the lack of pride, passion, determination and team spirit is to my mind endemic of the attitude of the management of the last two/three years. The players have been encouraged to see themselves as prima donnas who play the game their way, not as a team but as a set of prancing preening individuals who believe that just because they are the Bulls they only have to appear on the park and they will win. Well all the chickens are coming home to roost now. We need a root and branch clear out at Odsal from the top down, no-one should be excempted, and whats more it needs doing before Mick Potter takes up his post. We need to let these freeloaders know just how we, the fans, feel, that we don't need to spend our well earned money contributing to a continuance of this inert troup and that next season we need a minimum of 100% effort and commitment. A whole new spirit needs to permeate through Odsal.
