Widnes Vikings have secured the services of winger Patrick Ah Van for another season after he signed a one-year extension.
Samoan international Ah Van’s deal was due to expire at the end of the season, but he has now committed to another year in Cheshire.
Ah Van has been a popular figure at Widnes since joining the club from Bradford Bulls in 2012. He has scored nine tries for the Vikings this season, including a brace in their Magic Weekend victory over Salford.
“I am very excited to be a part of Widnes Vikings for another year. I have really enjoyed playing here with all the boys. We all get along on and off the field so it was an easy choice to stay with the club.” said Ah Van.
