Salford Red Devils fullback Ben Jones-Bishop is targeting a return to full training just after Christmas and expects to be able to run without pain towards the end of December.
The 26-year-old injured his anterior cruciate ligament playing for Leeds Rhinos in a home loss to Bradford at the start of August and described the problem as a “six month” injury. He has made good progress, though, and could return earlier than first thought after spending time on an anti-gravity treadmill.
In the below video, provided by Salford, Jones-Bishop discusses his return to action and what it’s like to be a Red Devil.
