
Widnes Vikings have handed Hep Cahill a new one-year contract extension.
The experienced forward, 29, has been handed a new deal after an impressive year at the Vikings, playing a pivotal role in their early season success that saw them move to the top of Super League.
Cahill, who has made 23 appearances this season, has been at the club since 2012 after leaving North Wales Crusaders. He previously played for Melbourne Storm in the NRL.
