CASTLEFORD TIGERS are set to rugby league on the road once more in 2026.
The Tigers took on Spanish side Valencia Huracanes in January this year as part of a week-long training camp and they will be taking on the same team when they head to the Benidorm Bash next January.
Castleford will headline the final day of the Benidorm Bash, which will be taking place from Tuesday 6th January to Saturday 10th January.
All in all, the Benidorm Bash will feature “an lively opening party, nines competition, beach rugby) and “a spectacular double-header closing party” according to the Tigers’ website.
Of course, the Tigers have a long affinity with Benidorm pub, Yorkshire Pride, which has continued to sponsor the West Yorkshire club for a number of years.
Yorkshire Pride have a number of traditional British bars based in the heart of Benidorm, with walls adorned with rugby and Castleford history.
