Rémi Casty will continue as the captain of Catalans in 2018.
The long-serving prop took on the role in 2016 and will continue to lead Dragons this season.
The French international is in his second spell with the club, having spent 2014 with NRL side Sydney Roosters.
The 32-year-old said: “I’m once again really proud to be the captain of this team.
“It’s an important role to me and it’s a huge honour to represent the club.
“The quality of this team, both on and off the field, makes my job easier.”
Head coach Steve McNamara added: “Rémi will continue to captain our club for 2018.
“Whilst we have many experienced players and leaders within our team, Rémi is the logical choice.
“His work within our organization, both on and off the field, whilst I have been here has been exemplary.”
