We go into this game knowing that we have Manu, Minichiello and Hadley back in contention for selection which is going to make a massive difference to our team. To have had any one of these missing was going to hurt us but to have had all three out of action recently has been huge.
Josh Griffin continues to improve week on week and with Faraimo actually lasting 80 minutes last week we were able to see that he is a threat. I am hopeful that Tuimivave will be in contention again this week and I think our three quarters are starting to look dangerous.
If our forwards can lay a platform for Sneyd and Kelly to work from then hopefully we can collect a win. Leeds are a team who we always struggle with and I imagine that this match will be no different. Last week’s loss to Wigan is going to have hurt them especially the manner of the defeat.
They will be looking to make amends for this and they have some class players in their team who you know are always going to have the potential to win matches for them.
I think it’s going to be a tight match with not a lot in it. I am hopeful rather than confident in going for Hull 25-24 Leeds.
