Featherstone Rovers coach Andy Hay says there will be more arrivals at the club following the capture of Huddersfield winger Ben Blackmore.
Hay will not be drawn on the potential new recruits, although Hull FC backrower Liam Kent is expected to join on a permanent deal this week, possibly with an agreement that he can’t play for Rovers against his long-term dual-registration club Doncaster on Sunday.
League Express also understands that Featherstone have been in negotiations with a rival Championship squad over the possibility of a swap deal.
But, for now, Hay is focusing on those that have come through the Big Fellas Stadium doors.
“We’ve got Ben Blackmore on a three-year deal, Jason Crookes on a year-long loan and Danny Bridge and Chris Green for the next month,” Hay explained.
“We’ve been in talks with others, but one broke down last week, although it could still happen.”
