my wife is 22 week pregnant
Congratulations.
My wife is now almost 13 weeks not pregnant, our little boy is now sleeping through the night which is a blessed relief. He goes down around 10ish and sleeps through until 7am.

I didn't know he had the ability to smile...
I am not 100% sure that is a smile, he looks constipated, all that foreign food no doubt.
-
Our new mattress was delivered yesterday, a pocket sprung mattress with memory foam topping. I have to say I am rather pleased with it, even our little 6 week old son seemed impressed, he let us sleep for almost 6 hours. He'll want one for his cot next.

oh sorry did I throw your coat too hard at you
Yes, but being a girl you missed

Why is it a Spanish lass anyway?
They were looking for a local beauty to model for it.................they are still looking

It's now a bit hot so I'm back in my study ... pasty northerners don't do too well in the sun.
Perhaps some sort of sunhat would have helped.

Without trawling through all the pages on this thread, I'm looking for the easiest way to crop and re-size photos.

You sir are a genius.
An evil genius perhaps, but a genius none the less.
Why thank you

My former Sales Director has just called me to ask if I can send them my final mileage reconciliation.
I wonder if he realises I don't work there any longer and that the chances of me doing any of their paperwork are somewhere between fat and slim
Would some sort of fabricated document not be a suitable replacement, with mileage reported in feet and inches?

Also, I ironed 15 of my shirts tonight and finished a lovely bottle of Chablis. I'll most likely find the last 5 or so need to be re-ironed when I look at them tomorrow considering that I was feeling a bit lightheaded towards the end.
My mum and dad came down to stay and meet their new grandson. My mum asked if there was anything she could do to help out around the house. She spent most of the rest of the day working her way through my ironing mountain. She then cleaned the kitchen floor.
Mums are great

I got almost 4 hours sleep last night, the new arrival seems to prefer sleeping in the day and torturing his parents at night.
Since returning from my two weeks paternity leave I seem to have forgotten how to do my job. Fortuntaley nobody has noticed so far, but this cannot last....
If one more person tells me I look tired I may well kill them!!!

Congratulations, even better news than mine!
Were you there for the birth?
I always tell prospective fathers to be there, on the basis that no matter how long your relationship has been or will go on for , no matter how long you are together I can guarantee you that at some point in the future you will look back on that time and the thought of your partner in that much pain will bring yiou some comfort.
Obviously I don't tell women that, not unless I feel I haven't been kicked hard in the knackers recently enough
I have been there both times, this time with a nice cup of tea the midwife provided watching my good lady get on with it........it really looks like it stings a bit this giving birth lark....

Tiny Tim Junior was born yesterday morning at 3:26am. A happy healthy bouncing boy.
Mummy and baby doing fine.............daddy absolutely knackered, but very proud and happy

"He's gone to prison for 18 years for trying to murder me" came the reply....
Sounds like he should have got somebody in to do the job properly...
-
My wife was due to give birth last Wednesday..........no sign yet of junior just yet. Making the most of sleeping now while we can.
-
I have just had mine taken away
Sorry to hear that mate.
Hope you get something new sorted soon.

First day of the year working at home with the windows open in my office and not freezing my bits off.
Have you not considered closing the windows when it's cold?

I have a twenty year old stalker. It's not fun.
Now you know how Hannibal feels....

The best thing in the morning is a bacon and egg butty (not a ##### barm 'cake') with the hottest chilli sauce you can lay your hands on. Brilliant for hangovers.
If you buy decent bacon and eggs no sauce is required as you can enjoy their natural flavour.

I want to force the mothers of the #### who broke into one of my sheds last night and stole two of my motorcycles to feed their verminous spawn neat bleach.
I am not trying to put the boot in, but you don't think this might be a revenge thing from you waking up the neighbourhood playing with your bikes at 2am (as you mentioned in an earlier post)?
I am not saying for one minute this makes it okay to steal your bikes.

I've got a horrible cold at the moment, I am wheezing like I smoke 50 a day.
