Me and the wife are doing "dry January", so no foreplay for her

Each to their own. I could not handle that.
A while back (well a long while back come to think of it) I did a rotation of 6-2,2-10,10-6. That was bad enough. Transitioning from nights to earlies was a killerI've worked 04:00-12:00, 10:00-18:00, and 14:00-20:00 shift patterns, but the same hours each working day. I got used to each and everyone of them. I'm an early riser in general, and I much prefer this current shift pattern.

Not for me to give anymore advice, but the best decision I ever made workwise was to work nights. Did it for ten years my last ten years working, it was brilliant. Started at 10 pm until 6 am, slept from 8 am till 2 pm, no problem at all. Its easy to be put off or scared even at the prospect, but I loved it. Absolutely hated getting up in the morning and now retired I still do. Bed now at 1 am, up at 10 am.
Ps Doctor appointment today, bl00dy well up now !!
I'm happy doing my shift pattern of 04:00-12:00. Get the afternoons, especially at the weekend for football and rugby, so it works out well.

Up for work at 02:30, and on my days off, I'm usually awake by 04:00. Work nights, I'm asleep by 18:30

Three quarters? How about forwards? Hendo may have another shrewd plan up his sleeve! He wouldn't be the first winger to end up in the pack and shine. Start by thinking Arnie Morgan, Mick Morgan and even one playing for Barrow yesterday, Greg Worthington. All handy players.
And our very only legend, Geoff Pryce, started off as a winger before becoming a second rower

I'd rather pay my £20 and cheering on the knights than sat at home watching it on a tablet or mobile phone and hopefully knights supporters will be doing the same.
Cash or card?

That's the future I'm afraid, a cashless society
Indeed. Less cash money, means less work counting and banking it, so a saving for any business in time and money

Yes, so they'd get your money.
But by restricting the payment options, they will miss out on income they would otherwise get from people like me who prefer not to pay by card.
Each to their own.

Which is fine, but I assume they'd want both of us to buy food and drink at the stadium on a Sunday afternoon.
Unless I'm missing something obvious? I'd pay with my debit card

I'm only in my early 40s, but if it's for a small item like a pint or a pie, I don't bother if it's card only.
If they are going cashless, I'll not be getting anything in the ground on my (increasingly regular) visits.
And yet I'm 58, and can't remember the last time I paid in cash for anything or had cash in my wallet.

Pick ourselves up now for the must win Whitehaven game now. Another inept referee display today, but we need to control the way we play our game .We make it hard for ourselves at times
Too many mistakes on or around the last play, kicking game was extremely poor today

Thought if you parked in the park and ride it was free parking on match day.
Not sure. I like a bag of Percy Pigs and a strawberry daiquiri, so that's my fiver spent and parking sorted

SORRY to ask AGAIN but how will the parking work on Sunday ? Went to bash but used park and ride, can you park near M & S ?.Thanks AGAIN lol.
Treat yourself to a fivers worth of treats from M&S, and then get your receipt validated from one of the Vangarde parking officials, they have purple hiviz on, then you're good for 6 hours

Because in the majority of games we haven't had a halfback who can control the game.
Just think how good we'd be with two

Playing devil's advocate. Why haven't the Knights played like this in the majority of their league games?

I was estranged from my parents for 15 years. Literally lived around the corner from them. My mother dropped down dead. I went to the funeral helped carry the coffin, but then was ignored and not invited to the wake. 5 years latter my father had a stroke. I visited him in hospital every day and we kind of mended the broken bridges. However, he was discharged 10 weeks latter and suffered a massive heart attack the moment he got home and died.
I don't know the reasons for the issues you and your son have. But from someone who's parents cut them off, mend those bridges, if possible, before time catches up with you all.
