France name squad for England Test on Saturday

France have named their 19-man squad for Saturday’s international Test against England: and it includes a large number of Super League players.

There is a heavy contingent from Catalans Dragons, as expected – including the likes of Vincent Duport, Ben Garcia, Tony Gigot and Remi Casty.

But there is also English-based talent in the 19-man squad, which will be the first under their new coaching setup.

Castleford’s Gadwin Springer, Warrington’s Benjamin Jullien and new Leigh Centurions signing Eloi Pelissier are among the other top-flight players included – with Wakefield forward Mickael Simon also included.
