Castleford Tigers outside back Kieran Gill has joined Newcastle Thunder on a season-long loan for the 2019 season.
Gill has played four first-team games for the Tigers during an injury-hit two seasons.
After the first 10 weeks of his loan deal, the Tigers will be able to recall the young star.
“I’m really grateful for the opportunity with Thunder after a tough year last year and I’m looking forward to getting back to what I do best, with a team pushing for promotion,” said Gill.
It’s something that I am very excited to be a part of.
“Coming back from such a major injury was tough mentally and physically but I grabbed every opportunity I got with Cas and I thank them very much for that.”
