St George Illawarra Dragons prop James Graham will captain England in their second Test against New Zealand at Anfield in the absence of Sean O'Loughlin.
O'Loughlin has been ruled out through injury leading to the call-up of Adam Milner who could make his second England appearance on Sunday.
