Halifax RLFC’s preparations for the upcoming season have continued after three existing members of their squad agreed new deals.
Jake Eccleston, Ed Barber and Billy Gaylor have all penned new one-year deals, with the trio following the likes of Scott Murrell and Ben Kaye in committing their futures to the club.
Eccleston and Barber both impressed following their mid-season arrivals whilst promising youngster Gaylor has done enough to earn a new deal without making his first-team debut.

Local boy Barber, a product of local club Elland RLFC, made a try scoring debut for Fax in May. Winger Eccleston played a big part in Fax’s successful Qualifiers fixtures, scoring in the defeat to Wakefield and featuring in their victory over Leigh.
