SHEFFIELD EAGLES have confirmed the capture of Newcastle’s Papua New Guinean international prop Mark Mexico.
The signing was mooted in PNG several weeks ago, and Mexico will now become part of Mark Aston’s full-time squad in 2016.
Aston said: “He is a really powerful operator who has over his career developed into the front row.
“He is really explosive and he showed that in the 2013 World Cup with some exciting performances for Papua New Guinea.
Mexico joins new signings Adam Neal, George Tyson and Matty Fozard in moving to South Yorkshire.
