HUDDERSFIELD GIANTS have added to their outside back options with the signings of former Featherstone Rovers favourite Fran Copley and Eva Izumi from York.
Copley, who scored two tries in 14 games for Rovers last year, will also add some international experience to the Giants having previously represented Ireland.
“I feel it is a really exciting time to join Huddersfield Giants for the 2025 season,” said Copley.
“The intent and desire for the upcoming season is something that cannot go unnoticed and I am looking forward to being a part of their journey in the WSL.”
Also looking forward to a new challenge at the Huddersfield is Izumi, who featured nine times for the champions York last season.
“It’s been great meeting new people and everyone has made me feel welcome,” added Izumi.
“I’ll be aiming to develop myself as a player as well as playing my part in the overall progression of the squad.”
